I'm 14 years old and it's getting closer to the end of the year, and all my friends are growing taller than me. I'm beginning to be one of the shortest kids in my year as I'm only 5'2 or 5'3 (not sure). My goal by the end of the year is at least 5'5 so will update on my progress

I am now almost 18 years old and I'm 5'5 . I would be 5'8 or 5'9. But I'm stuck on this height since I was 15 years old (almost 16). In this months I have done gym but I was 75 kg and now I'm 65. I was in a calories deficit status and I heard that is wrong for growth. If I eat more and do more gym, can I grow till 5'8?
